Q) What is the latest I can order my Family 4 Pack for the game?

A) Packs are not available after 12 PM (noon) the day before the selected 4 Pack event.

Q) What tickets come with the Family 4 Pack?

A) The best seats are provided for your selected level (prime or upper). Packs are pre-printed, you cannot choose seating.

Q) Where do I pick up my Family 4 Pack tickets?

A) As of February 2025, all Family 4 Packs will be picked up at the River Dragons Family 4 Pack table located at the East Entrance of the Civic Center.

Q) Can I pick my tickets up early?

A) Yes, packs can be picked up at the River Dragons Office until 48 hours BEFORE the 4 Pack event date.

Q) I'm a River Dragons season ticket holder and I bought a Family 4 Pack, do I still get early entrance to the game?
