Kevin St. Jacques
Kevin St. Jacques is the Chief Scout US Amateur for the Columbus River Dragons, and also serves as Premier Head Coach and Elite Assistant Coach with the Carolina Jr. Canes. St. Jacques, formerly with the Atlanta Knights/ Kings Hockey Organization, is renowned for moving more than 40 players on to NCAA D3 schools and several ACHA programs and will now conduct these efforts within the Carolina Junior Hurricanes program.

Kevin St. Jacques joined the Atlanta Knights/Kings Hockey Organization for the 2014-2015 season as Head Coach of the Atlanta Knights Empire team and Assistant Coach of the Atlanta Knights Elite team. After 2 seasons he took on Head Coach Position of both teams. St. Jacques, an Edmonton, Alberta native played both AA and AAA hockey before playing 4 years in the WHL with Spokane and Lethbridge. In his last year in Lethbridge, Kevin led the league in scoring with 65 goals 75 assists 140 PIMs in 71 games. He was a draft choice of the Chicago Blackhawks. St. Jacques started and coached the Richmond Generals U14, 16 and 18 AAA program before going on to coach at the D3 ACHA Club Hockey level prior to joining the Atlanta Kings. During his time with Atlanta, he moved more than 40 players on to NCAA D3 schools and several ACHA Programs.

Brandon Billie
Brandon Billie joined the Columbus scouting staff in 2019 when the Bradford Bulls Jr A Hockey Club and Columbus River Dragons entered into an affiliation agreement. Billie has served as the President and General Manager of the Bulls since 2018 and advanced seven players from the program to the River Dragons since the affiliation began. Aside from developing and advancing players from his junior program, Billie has also holds the Columbus River Dragons Free Agent Camp in Toronto, Ontario where he can further scout and recruit high end talent.
Prior to scouting with the River Dragons and taking over operations of the Bulls, Billie played four seasons of minor pro hockey between the FPHL, ECHL and Sweden. His playing experience gives Billie a strong knowledge for what it takes and what to look for when scouting the next crop of River Dragons talent.
