Media Pass Request Process

All media members must submit a Media Pass Request Form prior to the game they wish to attend. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or access.

- Media pass requests will be reviewed by the Columbus River Dragons organization.
- If approved, the requesting individual will receive confirmation of their media pass approval and any applicable game-day instructions.
- Media passes are issued on a game-by-game basis. The Columbus River Dragons will not issue season-long media passes.
- A maximum of three (3) media passes will be issued per game. Once the available passes have been allocated, additional requests may not be approved.
- An approved pass grants access to the concourse and bowl areas only. Ice access is strictly prohibited unless the individual receives specific instructions and approval from a Columbus River Dragons staff member.
- All approved media members must return their media pass and lanyard to the Executive Office at the conclusion of the game. Failure to return a pass and/or lanyard will result in the individual being ineligible for future media access.
- Anyone receiving a media pass is expected to provide a minimum of 10 quality photos from the game, with additional photos encouraged when possible.
- By submitting a request, you acknowledge that media access is a privilege and agree to follow all Columbus River Dragons media access and game-day policies.

Please do not assume you have been approved for media access until you receive confirmation from the Columbus River Dragons.
