26-27 Season Ticket/Playoff Refund FAQ
Q: I purchased Game 4 & 5 on Ticketmaster, how will I receive my refund?
A: Ticketmaster canceled the games and will be issuing refunds to the card used in your original purchase. This may take a few business days to post to your account.
Q: I purchased Game 4 & 5 through your office, will I be refunded?
A: Yes! We will be applying refunds as a credit on your account toward your 26-27 Season Ticket purchase. If you are not purchasing Season Tickets, then we can write a check for your refund. Checks will be ready for pick up at our office on May 8.
Q: I am a current Season Ticket holder, when can I renew my seats?
A: Season ticket renewals will begin on May 7.
Q: How long do I have to make a payment and secure my current seats?
A: A $50 deposit is due by June 12.
Q: When does my final payment need to be completed for my Season Tickets?
A: Your balance must be at $0 by October 1.
Q: I am not a current Season Ticket holder, when can I purchase my tickets?
A: New Season Ticket holders can begin securing seats on June 22. (Balance has to be paid by October 1.)
Q: I am not a current Season Ticket holder, but the seats I’d like to purchase are not currently taken. Do I still need to wait until June 22?
A: If the seat is not currently taken, you can secure your seats as early as May 7, you do not need to wait until June 22.
Q: How do I get season tickets?
A: Email tickets@rdragons.com or stop by the office during business hours.
Q: How do I pay for my season tickets?
A: You can utilize our online platform to pay, https://dragons.isportstix.com or stop by the office to take care of your payment in person. (Contact tickets@rdragons.com if you need iTix login information.)
Q: How does the payment plan work?
A: Your total balance will be split into 4 monthly payments. All payments must be made by October 1.
Q: What perks do I get with being a season ticket holder?
A: In previous years, perks include buddy passes, ice rink passes, merch discounts, exclusive player events, early access into the civic center on game days.
Q: When will the 26-27 game schedule be released?
A: We will release the schedule once the league finalizes dates. You will find the full schedule on social media and our website rdragons.com.
